The following methodology will be used during the Awards process:

After all Closing Dates, (entries, nominations, testimonials) all entrants, even those without testimonials will be given to the judges, they may be removed from the awards unless their supporting information is deemed relevant and outstanding. Entries will not be judged based solely on number of testimonials received.

The panel of Judges will complete judging during November 2020 and decide upon the entries who are shortlisted. If they feel one entrant is deemed worthy of a Highly Commended, One to Watch or a Judges Award their decision will be final. The winners will be announced at the Gala Presentation evening date to be confirmed and in line with the current Covid-19 pandemic Government regulations and restrictions. If the Gala cannot take place in person an online versions will take place.

All Entries shall be considered in accordance with these terms and conditions. In the course of judging an Entry, a judge may request further information about the Entry from the person named as the contact for the Entry submitted. Failure to supply the information requested will result in the disqualification of the Entry from the Awards and the Entry Fee will be forfeited.

Finalists/shortlisted entries will be announced in December and will be notified by e-mail. Category winners will not be announced until the Gala Event or if the in person event is not possible, due to Covid-19 restrictions or other restrictions out of our hands, an online version will take place.

We reserve the right to change or amend this methodology at any time.

External contact with any member of the awards judging panel relating to the judging process, or its outcome, or any attempt to influence any member of the judging panel will result in immediate disqualification from the awards for this year and all future years.
